Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure hosted on AWS, primarily in AWS's Mumbai (India) region, with an encrypted disaster-recovery copy maintained in a separate AWS region for resilience. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel through least-privilege access controls, and all traffic to our platform is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.
We do not share personal data with third parties except: (a) with service providers who support our infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, (b) when required by law or a valid legal process, or (c) with your explicit consent.
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for its processing where consent is the basis for processing.
